Telemedicine appointments are available Monday- Friday from 9am-5pm. Please activate your patient portal 24 hours prior to your appointment time so there are no delays in care. Telemedicine visits will be scheduled at the discretion of the provider based on the patient's chief complaint and whether or not it can be adequately assessed virtually.
COVID 19 ALERT
We are asking patients to reschedule their appointment if they have symptoms of fever, cough, difficulty breathing, headache, new loss of taste or smell, or sore throat. In an effort to limit the spread of the coronavirus, appointments will be rescheduled when the patient has been symptom free for 2 weeks. We are also offering telemedicine visits for those who are unable to keep their appointments.
