​Tiffany is the only advanced practice provider in the entire state of New Mexico who holds a doctoral degree and is board certified in both dermatology (DCNP) and medical aesthetics (MEP-C). She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from New Mexico State University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. She was certified at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ in medical aesthetic services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, platelet-rich plasma injections, micro-needling, Kybella, & Polydioxanone thread lifts. With her advanced education, specialized training, and commitment to excellence, she offers patient's a truly comprehensive approach to skin health and beauty. With over 13 years of experience in front desk operations and seven years in management, she brings a wealth of expertise in marketing, staff development, training, inventory management, and HR functions.

Known for her warm, approachable demeanor and exceptional people skills, Olga makes every patient and staff member feel welcomed, supported, and valued. She thrives on creating a positive, organized, and friendly environment where both patients and colleagues have seamless experiences. Her ability to connect with people and foster strong relationships is central to the smooth functioning of the practice.

Raquel is a certified Medical Esthetics Practitioner (MEP-C) and skilled nurse with 10 years of experience, specializing in aesthetic treatments designed to enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has earned certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures through AMET, giving her the expertise to deliver safe, precise, and personalized results.

Drawing on her background in emergency medicine, Raquel combines medical knowledge, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to ensure every client feels comfortable and informed throughout their aesthetic journey. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their skincare and cosmetic goals with evidence-based treatments, making each experience both effective and empowering.

Valeria is a certified medical assistant with specialized experience in dermatology, dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. Yvette has been a licensed skincare professional since 2007, bringing over 16 years of experience to her work. She specializes in medical-grade skincare products and services, with a particular focus on helping clients manage hyperpigmentation and melasma.

Yvette holds advanced training and certifications in microneedling, laser treatments, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and other medical-grade skincare procedures. She is passionate about creating personalized treatment plans that address each client’s unique skin concerns, combining her technical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Outside of work, Yvette enjoys reading and spending quality time with her family and her beloved granddog, Minnie. Her dedication, skill, and tailored approach make her a trusted partner for clients seeking healthier, more radiant skin.

Joanie is a licensed aesthetician at Elite Dermatology, specializing in acne treatment, dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and microneedling. She brings energy, expertise, and a passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals with safe, effective, and personalized treatments.

Certified as an acne specialist through Face Reality and the National Coalition of Estheticians, Associations, and Experts (NCEA), Joanie is committed to evidence-based skincare and continually advances her skills to stay current with the latest techniques and innovations.

Kristin serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Elite Dermatology, where she oversees the practice’s financial strategy and ensures the smooth management of all fiscal operations. With two years of experience in healthcare finance, she works closely with leadership, patients, and payers to optimize revenue cycles and streamline financial processes.

An expert in patient financial relations, payer financial relations, and contract negotiation, Kristin applies a strategic and detail-oriented approach to support the long-term growth and stability of the practice while enhancing the patient experience.

Outside of work, Kristin finds solace and peace in nature. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, camping, and geocaching, embracing every opportunity for outdoor adventure as a way to recharge and stay connected. She holds a degree from New Mexico State University—Go Aggies!
