​Tiffany is board certified and has worked previously in areas such as cardiac, medical-surgical, and intensive care. She holds a Bachelor of Community Health, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She completed a dermatology fellowship in Kansas under the direction of a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and dermatologist. She was certified at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ in medical aesthetic services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, platelet-rich plasma injections, micro-needling, Kybella, & Polydioxanone thread lifts.

Dr. Autry enjoys practicing aesthetic dermatology but has a particular passion for medical dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners. 
 

Melonie, a proud Las Cruces native earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from NMSU in 2019. For the past 5 years, Melonie has cared for the tiniest of patients as a dedicated NICU nurse. She is currently in her last year of studying to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in dermatology. Melonie is committed to fostering strong patient relationships through empathy and open dialogue. Eager to continue serving the Las Cruces community, Melonie remains dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients.

Born and raised in Las Cruces, Delilah is thrilled to have joined the Elite Dermatology team, bringing over 7 years of experience as a medical receptionist.

She is dedicated to patient care and ensuring that all their needs are met from the moment they walk into the door. She also takes pride in serving our community in whatever way possible. Outside of work, she finds joy in all things baking, especially when she is able to utilize and have fun with her amazing cake decorating skills!

Born and raised in Las Cruces, New Mexico, Lily brings eight years of dedicated experience to the healthcare industry. Her passion for helping others has driven her to excel in her profession, providing exceptional care and support to patients. Outside of work, Lilly values spending quality time with her family and dogs and enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle. With her compassionate approach and commitment to well-being, Lilly strives to make a positive impact in the lives of those she serves.

Born in El Segundo Barrio from El Paso, Texas, and residing in New Mexico for the past 29 years is as local as its going to get! David has a background as a medical assistant with experience in multi-specialties that range from orthopedics, oncology, hematology, colorectal, and now dermatology. Besides his medical assistant certification, David also holds a NREMT certification and has been part of EMS for the last 3 years as an ambulance driver with future plans to expand in the EMS field. David enjoys outdoor activities and he will be found doing intense gym workouts, shooting his bow, and tending to his garden every time he has free time to spare.

Raquel's journey as a nurse spans six years, with a specialization in emergency medicine. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she further honed her skills by obtaining certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures through AMET. While Raquel demonstrates compassion in the fast-paced emergency setting, she's now eager to extend her expertise to help patients boost their confidence through aesthetics.

Meet Jess. At the young age of 21, she is armed with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from NMSU.  Beyond the professional realm, Jess finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Jess is immersed in the world of books, drawing, and action-packed movies. Her favorite color, black, reflects her distinctive style. Halloween holds a special place in her heart as her favorite holiday, and the refreshing aroma of rain is what captivates her senses. Jess seamlessly blends her academic achievements with a passion for the arts and a love for the small delights that life has to offer.

Yvette has been licensed since 2007 and specializes in medical grade skin care products and services. She has a special passion for clients struggling with hyperpigmentation/melasma issues and is always staying up to date with evidence based practice. Yvette has over 16 years of experience and additional training/certifications in micro needling, laser. microdermabrasion, medical grade skin care, chemical peels, and more. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and granddog, Minnie.

One of Elite's licensed aestheticians, Joanie channels her enthusiasm into customizing services for each client. Guided by the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their desired outcomes, she employs innovative products and techniques. Recognizing the importance of education, Joanie continually advances her skills with training in dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and micro needling. Certified as an acne specialist with Face Reality and NCEA, she is committed to ongoing learning.

Originating from Las Cruces, 26-year-old Mike, is the youngest of two siblings. With a background in Operations Management, he has also previously made significant contributions to marketing and advertising with other businesses, bringing extensive knowledge and valuable insights to the Elite team. Beyond the professional sphere, a dedication to creativity shines through his involvement in art and music production, both for business and personal pursuits. Adding a unique dimension to his artistic journey, he is a Licensed Tattoo Artist at Atom Bomb Studio here in Las Cruces.

Born and raised in the Philippines, currently residing in Las Cruces, Hilbert holds a degree in Computer Engineering with a background in aircraft mechanics as well as financial institution. From there, he moved to Medical Billing field and is committed to honing in on his billing skills to which he finds interesting and fulfilling. Outside of work, he loves the outdoors and spending time in nature. Spending time with his loved ones and family is also at the top of his favorite things to do.

While her days involve orchestrating seamless operations, Kristin also finds solace and excitement in hiking the outdoors, exploring new territories, and indulging in travel escapades. Showcasing her intellectual depth, Kristin also has a degree in Political Science. Beyond the professional sphere, Kristin is a hands-on enthusiast, spending her leisure time working on her Jeep., enjoying time to herself, listening to music and spending quality time with family. For her, family is not just a part of life; it's the core of her joy.
