​Tiffany is the only advanced practice provider in the entire state of New Mexico who holds a doctoral degree and is board certified in both dermatology (DCNP) and medical aesthetics (MEP-C). She holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from New Mexico State University, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Science in Community Health. She was certified at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ in medical aesthetic services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, platelet-rich plasma injections, micro-needling, Kybella, & Polydioxanone thread lifts. With her advanced education, specialized training, and commitment to excellence, she offers patient's a truly comprehensive approach to skin health and beauty. Olga plays a crucial role in day-to-day operations at Elite Dermatology.  She is a Receptionist and Administrative professional with over 13 years of experience in front desk operations and 7 years in management roles. Her background includes expertise in marketing, staff development, training, inventory management, and HR functions. Known for her warm and approachable demeanor, Olga is passionate about helping people and creating a positive, organized workplace. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Raquel's journey as a nurse spans six years, with a specialization in emergency medicine. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she further honed her skills by obtaining certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures through AMET. She is a certified Medical Esthetics Practitioner (MEP-C). While Raquel demonstrates compassion in the fast-paced emergency setting, she's now eager to extend her expertise to help patients boost their confidence through aesthetics.

Valeria is a certified medical assistant with a strong background in dermatology and patient care. She enjoys building meaningful connections with patients and supporting our provider during procedures. Valeria is passionate about helping people feel cared for and comfortable throughout their visits. Outside of work, she loves spending time with family, staying active, and always finding new opportunities to learn and grow.

Yvette has been licensed since 2007 and specializes in medical grade skin care products and services. She has a special passion for clients struggling with hyperpigmentation/melasma issues and is always staying up to date with evidence based practice. Yvette has over 16 years of experience and additional training/certifications in micro needling, laser. microdermabrasion, medical grade skin care, chemical peels, and more. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and granddog, Minnie.

One of Elite's licensed aestheticians, Joanie channels her enthusiasm into customizing services for each client. Guided by the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their desired outcomes, she employs innovative products and techniques. Recognizing the importance of education, Joanie continually advances her skills with training in dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and micro needling. Certified as an acne specialist with Face Reality and NCEA, she is committed to ongoing learning.

While her days involve orchestrating billing and financial operations, Kristin also finds solace and excitement in hiking the outdoors, exploring new territories, and indulging in travel escapades. Showcasing her intellectual depth, Kristin also has a degree in Political Science. Beyond the professional sphere, Kristin is a hands-on enthusiast, spending her leisure time working on DIY projects, enjoying time outdoors, hiking, camping, listening to music and spending quality time with family. For her, family is not just a part of life; it's the core of her joy.
