Meet The Team
​Tiffany is board certified and has worked previously in areas such as cardiac, medical-surgical, and intensive care. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Community Health, an additional Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice. She completed a dermatology fellowship in Kansas under the direction of a fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon and dermatologist. She was certified at the National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ in medical aesthetic services including dermal fillers, neurotoxins, platelet-rich plasma injections, micro-needling, Kybella, & Polydioxanone thread lifts.

Dr. Autry enjoys practicing aesthetic dermatology but has a particular passion for medical dermatology. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Dermatology Nurses Association, and the Society of Dermatology Nurse Practitioners.

Melonie, a proud Las Cruces native earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from NMSU in 2019. For the past 5 years, Melonie has had the privilege of caring for the tiniest of patients as a dedicated NICU nurse. Her passion for healthcare extends beyond the NICU, as she is currently in her last year of studying to become a Family Nurse Practitioner, specializing in dermatology. At Elite Dermatology, Melonie has found a platform to cultivate her passion for medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, while continuing to expand her knowledge and skills.
Melonie is committed to fostering strong patient relationships through empathy and open dialogue. Eager to continue serving the Las Cruces community, Melonie remains dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of her patients.

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she further honed her skills by obtaining certifications in neurotoxin and dermal filler procedures through AMET. While Raquel demonstrates compassion in the fast-paced emergency setting, she's now eager to extend her expertise to help patients boost their confidence through aesthetics.

Yvette is one of our licensed Aestheticians. She has been licensed since 2007 and specializes in medical grade skin care products and services. She has a special passion for clients struggling with hyperpigmentation/melasma issues. She enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their desired skincare results through the latest and greatest methodologies and techniques, always staying up to date with evidence based practice. Yvette has over 16 years of experience and additional training/certifications in micro needling, laser. microdermabrasion, medical grade skin care, chemical peels, and more. In her spare time she enjoys reading and spending time with her family and granddog, Minnie.
Fabiana has over six years of dedicated experience as a medical assistant in ophthalmology. However, she has always had a strong desire to further enhance her experience and combine it with interests of hers. Her love for makeup, beauty, and self-expression guided her toward the world of dermatology where she can empower others in enhancing their appearance and embracing their self confidence. Fabiana’s ultimate goal is to always collaborate with her team members where patients remain a priority in feeling confident in their own skin.

Felicity cherishes moments with her family and friends and making meaningful connections and memories. As the orchestrator of both professional and personal pursuits, she embraces each day with a spirit of curiosity and a zest for life.
One of Elite's licensed aestheticians, Joanie channels her enthusiasm into customizing services for each client. Guided by the satisfaction of helping clients achieve their desired outcomes, she employs innovative products and techniques. Recognizing the importance of education, Joanie continually advances her skills with training in dermaplaning, chemical peels, laser hair removal, and micro needling. Certified as an acne specialist with Face Reality and NCEA, she is committed to ongoing learning.

Meet Jess, at the young age of 21, armed with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from NMSU. Jess serves as the friendly receptionist at Elite Dermatology. Beyond the professional realm, Jess finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. Outside the office, Jess is immersed in the world of books, drawing, and action-packed movies. Her favorite color, black, reflects her distinctive style. Halloween holds a special place in her heart as her favorite holiday, and the refreshing aroma of rain is what captivates her senses. Jess seamlessly blends her academic achievements with a passion for the arts and a love for the small delights that life has to offer.

Originating from Las Cruces, 26-year-old Mike, is the youngest of two siblings. With a background in Operations Management, he has also previously made significant contributions to marketing and advertising with other businesses, bringing extensive knowledge and valuable insights to the Elite team. Beyond the professional sphere, a dedication to creativity shines through his involvement in art and music production, both for business and personal pursuits. Adding a unique dimension to his artistic journey, he is a Licensed Tattoo Artist Apprentice at Atom Bomb Studio.

Kristin is our dynamic Business Manager at Elite Dermatology. With an insatiable appetite for adventure, Kristin finds solace and excitement in hiking the outdoors, exploring new territories, and indulging in travel escapades. Her love for the unconventional extends to her favorite color, black, which she effortlessly incorporates into her style. Beyond the professional sphere, Kristin is a hands-on enthusiast, spending her leisure time working on her Jeep. In moments of solitude, she enjoys time to herself, often listening to music. Kristin is not only a skilled Business Manager, but also holds a degree in Political Science, showcasing her intellectual depth. She's a perpetual learner, always eager to delve into new topics—basically, a nerd at heart. On top of her diverse interests, Kristin is a fantasy football fanatic and a devoted Cowboys fan.
