Patient Portal

Upon scheduling your first appointment with us, you will receive your Patient Portal activation link via e-mail.  It is important that you activate this immediately after scheduling your appointment.

 

You'll have access to your past & upcoming appointment information, biopsy results, be able to update your personal information, medical history, billing information, make payments, etc. You can view your personal medical information instantly!

 

If you are a new patient and would like to sign up for our patient portal, please submit the information on the bottom right and we will reach out to you within 24 hours to help you with this.

Patient Portal Disclaimer

Instructions: To use our portal, simply provide us with your e-mail address.  We will send you a Patient Portal activation e-mail.  Simply click the link in the email to activate. It takes just a few minutes! If you have any questions, we are happy to guide you in this process.

  1. If you have an emergency medical condition, CALL 911 (including but not limited to, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, wheezing, throat closing, tongue swelling, chest tightness, chest pain, increased heart rate, or excessive bleeding, etc). Do NOT leave a message on this portal and/or our chat option. 
     

  2. For issues of a less urgent nature, please call/text our office at 575-262-7546. Current patients may leave a non-urgent message on this portal page. Calling our office during our normal business hours is the best form of connecting with us.
     

  3. We strongly advise that you use a private, secure e-mail address from which to communicate with us regarding your personal health information.
