Patient Portal

You'll have access to your past/ upcoming appointments, biopsy results, be able to update your personal information, billing information, make payments, etc. You can view your personal medical information instantly! You must be activated by our staff to be able to access this information. If you are a new patient and would like to sign up for our patient portal, please submit the information on the bottom right and we will reach out to you within 24 hours to help you with this. 

Patient Portal Disclaimer

Instructions: To use our portal, our office staff will need to activate your account.  You will receive an e-mail notification when your account has been created with instructions on how to further proceed. We are happy to guide you in this process. 

  1. If you have an emergency medical condition (including but not limited to, difficulty breathing, shortness of breath, wheezing, throat closing, tongue swelling, chest tightness, chest pain, increased heart rate, or excessive bleeding, etc.) CALL 911. Do NOT leave a message on this portal and/or our chat option. 

  2. For issues of a less urgent nature, please call our office at 575-262-7546. Current patients may leave a non-urgent message on this portal page. Calling our office during our normal business hours is the best form of connecting with us.

  3. We strongly advise that you use a private, secure e-mail address from which to communicate with us regarding your personal health information.
