CANCELLATION POLICY:

We require 48-hour notice for cancelled/rescheduled appointments.

A nonrefundable $35.00 fee will be applied for no-shows, late cancellations, and late rescheduled appointments.

*Elite Dermatology imposes a surcharge of 3% on the transaction amount Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card transactions, which is not greater than our cost of acceptance. We do not surcharge debit, HSA, or FSA cards.
